This site collects the minimum needed to answer you and to know whether it works at all. Nothing about you is sold, because there is nothing here worth selling and doing so would be a strange way to earn your business.

What the contact form collects

If you fill in the enquiry form, it captures what you typed into it:

That goes to two places, both controlled directly: an email to info@studioshopos.com, and a plain text log file on the same server so an enquiry is not lost if the email fails. There is no CRM, no marketing platform and no third-party form service in between.

What the study PDF request collects

Only the email address you type. It is used once, to send you the study, and is not added to any list or sequence.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (property G-ST6TC39388) to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google a record of the pages you viewed, roughly where you are (city level), and what kind of device and browser you used. It does not receive your name or email from this site, and advertising and audience-signal features are switched off.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics does not load at all — no script, no cookie, no request. That is checked before anything is loaded rather than after.

You can also block it yourself with Google's opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies for this site in your browser. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

What is not done

How long things are kept

Enquiry emails and the log stay for two years, so a conversation can be picked back up. Analytics data expires on Google's own schedule, currently 14 months.

Having your data removed

Email info@studioshopos.com and ask. Your enquiry and its log entry will be deleted and you will get confirmation that it is done. No account, no form, and no proof of identity beyond replying from the address you wrote in.

Research on public websites

The study published on this site was produced by reading publicly accessible business websites the way any visitor or search engine would — one request per page, nothing logged in, nothing bypassed. Findings are reported only in aggregate. No business is named, quoted or made identifiable anywhere in the published study.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 13.

Changes

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version history worth keeping for a page this short.
