The 7-day free trial includes full access to all features in your chosen plan. No credit card required. You can test equipment booking, training certification, automated billing, space protocols, and all other features.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing adjustments.

What happens if I exceed my member limit?

If you exceed your plan's member limit, we'll notify you. You can upgrade to a higher plan or contact us to discuss custom pricing for your needs.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for annual billing. Contact us to learn more about annual pricing options.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing and ACH payments.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees. All plans include onboarding support to help you get started. We want you to succeed, not charge you extra for setup.
